Ordering

Please allow 72 hours notice when placing orders. We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders. No substitutions can be made less than 48 hours before the event

Delivery and Set-up

Delivery charges may be applicable. If delivery and set-up of chaffing dishes or other decorative items are required, there is an additional charge of $20 per delivery.

Equipment

Platters are presented in disposable black serving platters. If specified, we can provide attractive ceramic platters at an additional charge. We can also provide chaffing dishes, floral arrangements, linens, fine china, glassware, silverware, tables and chairs at an additional charge

Full Service Events

Our representative will help you build a custom menu for your event and will assist you with all of your party needs, including personnel, décor, linens, equipment and floral arrangements

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a forfeiter of the deposit. For further information, please contact us.

Payment

A 50% deposit is payable at the time of the order by visa, MasterCard or cheque (if pre-approved). Balance is upon delivery or pick-up, as arranged. For catering events any adjustments are payable the day after the event. Overdue amounts are subject to interest at 2% per month.
