Salads are available in appetizer or entrée sizes. They are served with fresh bakery bread and a compound butter. Minimum order: 8 portions of any salad. Prices are $14 for appetizer salads and $20 for entrée salads.

 

Tuna Niçoise

Tuna, hard boiled eggs, baby new potatoes, green beans, cherry tomatoes and fresh seasonal greens, drizzled with a French vinaigrette

Caesar Salad

Crisp bacon pieces, homemade garlic croutons, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, served with a classic Caesar dressing

Oriental Chicken Salad

Stir-fried pieces of chicken breast, toasted cashews and orange segments over mixed greens with a sesame-balsamic dressing
